My fiancé and I recently purchased a home listed through DealHouse and had a great experience. Chris worked with us throughout the process, allowing us to take measurements, etc. as needed before closing. We knew that the central air wasn’t cooling the upstairs as much as we wanted it to before closing and Pedro assured us that everything would be taken care of after closing. Pedro followed through on that promise, working with us to get an HVAC installer to the house and install another “layer” and thermostat (and covering the cost!). They were a pleasure to work with from a buyer’s perspective.
