Chris and MrcashBuyer® were a great company to sell our family home of over 50 years. We found MrcashBuyer® via a google search. I have never heard of MrcashBuyer® before. As an attorney, I was a bit skeptical of these kinds of companies but I called the references and tracked down a few of the folks providing comments on google. The references were great and we went forward. I want to note that all the positive reviews are consistent with our experience. MrcashBuyer®, Chris and his team are responsive and fair. They do what they say they are going to do. One person I talked to even sold two houses to Chris. If I had another house that I wanted to sell this way I wouldn’t hesitate to work with MrcashBuyer® ® . It is true we might have gotten a little more if we tried to sell it to a regular buyer but the home needs lots of TLC and the process would have been much harder. It was definitely worth working with MrcashBuyer® ® and getting this done quickly for a fair price.
