She manages the daily review of auction schedules, prepares and analyzes bids, conducts property evaluations, researches title status, and executes bids on behalf of the company. Her work requires accuracy, speed, and a strong understanding of the auction process to ensure every opportunity is properly evaluated before any investment is made.

As a licensed real estate broker with many years of industry experience, Oneyda brings valuable market insight, risk awareness, and strategic decision-making to each auction. She collaborates closely with legal, title, and acquisitions teams to reduce risk, confirm deal viability, and ensure transactions move efficiently from bidding through to closing. Her detail-oriented and disciplined approach helps protect the company while uncovering strong investment opportunities.

Outside of work, Oneyda is a dedicated mother who balances her professional responsibilities with family life. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
