Chris and DealHouse were a great company to sell our family home of over 50 years. We found DealHouse via a google search. I have never heard of DealHouse before. As an attorney, I was a bit skeptical of these kinds of companies but I called the references and tracked down a few of the folks providing comments on google. The references were great and we went forward. I want to note that all the positive reviews are consistent with our experience. DealHouse, Chris and his team are responsive and fair. They do what they say they are going to do. One person I talked to even sold two houses to Chris. If I had another house that I wanted to sell this way I wouldn't hesitate to work with DealHouse. It is true we might have gotten a little more if we tried to sell it to a regular buyer but the home needs lots of TLC and the process would have been much harder. It was definitely worth working with DealHouse and getting this done quickly for a fair price.
